A few career plot twists later, here I am.
I've spent a lot of time observing how people make decisions, navigate systems, and deal with experiences that are more complicated than they need to be.
My work has taken me from designing learning experiences for students to researching an AI-powered clinical platform and improving service journeys for people navigating employment systems.
These days, I'm in New York, pursuing my master's in Integrated Design & Media at NYU Tandon. I'm exploring interaction design, creative coding, and how research can lead to better products.
I like asking questions, making things, testing ideas, and occasionally going down a research rabbit hole longer than planned.
The file so far
A few versions later, still curious.
A running log of what I've worked on, what I've learned, and what I'm figuring out next.
New City, New Tools, More Experiments
Currently exploring interaction design, creative coding, and new ways of prototyping at NYU. New York has brought a lot of inspiration, a few unfinished experiments, and even more questions. This version is still very much in progress.
Taking Design Into the Real World
Worked with clients and frontline teams to rethink complicated service experiences, from intake and referrals to digital forms and everyday workflows. Learned how much thoughtful design matters when real people are trying to get real things done.
Making Sense of Complex Systems
Designed experiences for an AI-powered clinical platform, from observing real workflows to testing interaction concepts. With 30+ interviews and four concepts tested, I discovered how much work goes into making sophisticated technology feel simple.
Designing Beyond the Classroom
Worked with 200+ students and redesigned three courses using research and feedback. Long before I started calling things user journeys and experience design, I was already trying to make complicated information easier for people to navigate.
Currently being sketched, questioned, tested, and probably redesigned.
